Now, I’ve co- founded a business with an amazing team of designers and developers, turning that passion into something bigger.At Solvestep, we’re creating solutions that align with my goals and love for sales, problem solving and meaningful work.

I’m Jop, co-founder of SolveStep and someone who’s always thrived at the intersection of people, process, and progress. I got my start in support and management, learning firsthand how to solve real problems and communicate clearly under pressure. Since then, I’ve worked with some great teams like SkinSwap and Solcard shaping everything from user experience to daily operations. Now with SolveStep, I’m combining that experience with a team of talented designers and developers to build solutions that actually work. I love simplifying chaos, streamlining systems, and making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.
